How to Make Pita Bread Pizza

  • 1 small wholemeal pita bread
  • 1 tbsp of bottled pizza sauce
  • 1 slice of shaved ham
  • 1 medium mushroom, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced tomato
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced
  • 30 g of reduced fat cheese


  1. Top pita bread with pizza sauce.

  2. Assemble ham, vegetables and cheese on top.

  3. Cook in pre-heated oven until cheese has melted.

  4. Serve with 2 cups of green salad.
