Ingredients

  • 1 medium wholemeal pita wrap 
  • 100g cooked, sliced, warm chicken breast
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce 
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce 
  • Low calorie cooking spray

Method

  1. Spray a non-stick fry pan and heat pita wrap over moderate heat for 3 minutes per side or until soft and puffy.
  2. Spread with cooked sliced warm chicken.
  3. Top with chilli sauce and sprinkle with lettuce.
  4. Fold over and serve.
