- 1 medium wholemeal pita wrap
- 100g cooked, sliced, warm chicken breast
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- Low calorie cooking spray
- Spray a non-stick fry pan and heat pita wrap over moderate heat for 3 minutes per side or until soft and puffy.
- Spread with cooked sliced warm chicken.
- Top with chilli sauce and sprinkle with lettuce.
- Fold over and serve.
