
Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup pasta, uncooked (spiral, rigatoni, penne)
- ½ tablespoon low calorie Italian dressing (10mL)
- 95g tuna in spring water
- 1 small grated carrot (50g)
- ½ medium red capsicum cut into strips (20g)
- 1 finely chopped spring onion
Method
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain.
- Toss in Italian dressing whilst pasta is still hot.
- Stir in carrot, capsicum and spring onion.
- Break tuna into large flakes and gently stir through pasta.
- Serve warm or chilled.
