Ingredients

  • Spray oil
  • 30g chopped celery
  • 100g shredded cabbage
  • 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum
  • ½ small chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon gluten free soy sauce 
  • Dash of pepper, to taste

Method

  1.  Spray pan with oil and heat.
  2.  Add celery, cook one minute.
  3.  Add cabbage, pepper and onion.
  4.  Continue frying until vegetables are tender-crisp, approx 2-3 minutes.
  5.  Add soy sauce and pepper.
  6.  Stir well and cook one minute longer.
