
Stir-Fried Cabbage

Ingredients
- Spray oil
- 30g chopped celery
- 100g shredded cabbage
- 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum
- ½ small chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon gluten free soy sauce
- Dash of pepper, to taste
Method
- Spray pan with oil and heat.
- Add celery, cook one minute.
- Add cabbage, pepper and onion.
- Continue frying until vegetables are tender-crisp, approx 2-3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and pepper.
- Stir well and cook one minute longer.
