Shredded Brussel Sprout Salad

Ingredients
- ½ clove fresh raw garlic
- 75g brussel sprouts shredded
- Spray oil
- ½ tsp dijon mustard
- Freshly ground glack pepper to taste
Method
- Heat oil in fry pan and add shredded brussel sprouts and garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat until warm and slightly wilted. Add a small amount of water if needed to prevent from sticking.
- Mix through dijon mustard and black pepper.
