Shredded Brussel Sprout Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ clove fresh raw garlic
  • 75g brussel sprouts shredded
  • Spray oil
  • ½ tsp dijon mustard
  • Freshly ground glack pepper to taste

Method

  1. Heat oil in fry pan and add shredded brussel sprouts and garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat until warm and slightly wilted. Add a small amount of water if needed to prevent from sticking.
  2.  Mix through dijon mustard and black pepper.
