Ingredients

  • 100g cabbage (green and red) raw
  • 30g carrot, grated
  • 1 tbsp of sliced capsicum 
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard

Method

  1.  Whisk lemon juice, vinegar and mustard together and set aside.
  2.  Combine slaw ingredients together and then toss with dressing and serve.
