- 100g cabbage (green and red) raw
- 30g carrot, grated
- 1 tbsp of sliced capsicum
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- Whisk lemon juice, vinegar and mustard together and set aside.
- Combine slaw ingredients together and then toss with dressing and serve.
