- 1 small wholemeal pita bread
- 1 tbsp of bottled pizza sauce,
- 1 slice of shaved ham,
- 1 medium mushroom, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced tomato
- ½ small onion, sliced
- 30g of reduced fat cheese
- Top pita bread with pizza sauce.
- Assemble ham, vegetables and cheese on top.
- Cook in pre-heated oven until cheese has melted.
- Serve with 2 cups of green salad.
