Ingredients
- 1-1/2 teaspoons of diet strawberry jelly crystals (4.5g)
- 100ml boiling water
- 1 sachet OPTIFAST VLCD Strawberry Shake
- 4 chopped strawberries
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Ice cubes
Method
- Blend the boiling water with jelly crystals
- Add ice cubes to equal 1 cup
- Stir until partially set
- Remove ice cubes and blend with OPTIFAST VLCD Strawberry Shake
- Fold in strawberries and lemon juice
- Place in a bowl and refrigerate until set
- This recipe can be used as one of your OPTIFAST VLCD meals
