OPTIFAST Strawberry Whip Pudding

Preparation time: 20 min




  • 1-1/2 teaspoons of diet strawberry jelly crystals (4.5g)
  • 100ml boiling water
  • 1 sachet OPTIFAST VLCD Strawberry Shake
  • 4 chopped strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Ice cubes


  1.  Blend the boiling water with jelly crystals
  2.  Add ice cubes to equal 1 cup
  3.  Stir until partially set
  4.  Remove ice cubes and blend with OPTIFAST VLCD Strawberry Shake
  5.  Fold in strawberries and lemon juice
  6.  Place in a bowl and refrigerate until set
  7.  This recipe can be used as one of your OPTIFAST VLCD meals
