Ingredients
- 1 sachet OPTIFAST VLCD Chocolate Dessert
- 200ml ice cold water
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped mint or peppermint
Method
- Whisk OPITFAST VLCD Chocolate Dessert with cold water
- Mix mint or peppermint with 2 teaspoons of water and heat in the microwave for 15 seconds
- Fold into the dessert and allow to set in the fridge for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with a sprig on mint.
- This recipe can be used as one of your OPTIFAST VLCD meals
Hint! Use a few drops of peppermint flavouring if you do not have any fresh mint or peppermint.
