OPTIFAST Chocolate Almond Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 sachet OPTIFAST VLCD Chocolate Dessert
• 200ml ice cold water
• 2 drops of almond essence
• 1 beaten egg white

Method

1.  Whisk OPTIFAST VLCD Chocolate Dessert with cold water
2.  Add almond essence
3.  Fold in beaten egg white
4.  Allow to set for 5 minutes
5.  This recipe can be used as one of your OPTIFAST VLCD meals
