- 1 sachet OPTIFAST VLCD Vegetable Soup
- 250ml boiled water, cooled to 60°C
- 1/2 cup cooked cauliflower
- Mix warm water with OPTIFAST VLCD Vegetable Soup
- Blend cauliflower with soup and add tarragon
- This recipe can be used as one of your OPTIFAST VLCD meals.
