Ingredients

  • 1 sachet OPTIFAST VLCD Vegetable Soup
  • 250ml boiled water, cooled to 60°C
  • 1/2 cup cooked cauliflower

Method

  1.  Mix warm water with OPTIFAST VLCD Vegetable Soup
  2.  Blend cauliflower with soup and add tarragon
  3.  This recipe can be used as one of your OPTIFAST VLCD meals.
