  • 250ml low fat milk
  • ½ mango or 1 mango frozen cheek
  • 100g plain diet yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoon of oat bran

Method

  1. Blend ingredients in a high-power blender
  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy
