Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal pita bread
- 1 teaspoon of low-fat hummus
- 1 tbsp tabouli
- 50g lean grilled lamb
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 teaspoon barbeque sauce
Method
- Fill pita bread with humus, tabbouleh, lamb, lettuce and sauce.
- Wrap up and serve.
