Ingredients

  • 1 wholemeal pita bread 
  • 1 teaspoon of low-fat hummus
  • 1 tbsp tabouli
  • 50g lean grilled lamb
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce 
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 teaspoon barbeque sauce

Method

  1. Fill pita bread with humus, tabbouleh, lamb, lettuce and sauce.
  2. Wrap up and serve.
