Ingredients
- ¼ medium green capsicum
- ¼ medium red capsicum
- ½ medium zucchini
- Low calorie vegetable spray oil
- 1 teaspoon gluten free soy sauce
Method
- Cut vegetables into thin strips.
- Place the vegetables on a double layer of heavy-duty foil.
- Lightly spray with olive oil spray; drizzle with soy sauce.
- Fold foil around vegetables and seal tightly.
- Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
