  • ½ cup of rock melon
  • ½ cup of honeydew melon
  • ½ cup of water melon
  • 125g pot of diet yoghurt 
  • 2 tablespoons of mixed nuts 

Method

  1. Add chopped fruit into a bowl
  2. Top with diet yogurt and mixed nuts
