Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup non-fat milk (125ml)
  • 2 slices multigrain bread 
  • 1 teaspoon margarine 
  • 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup (10g)

Method

  1. Beat eggs and milk.
  2. Place bread in egg mixture and allow to soak up all liquid, turning at half time.
  3. Lightly fry in non-stick pan using margarine.
  4. Allow 1 teaspoon of Maple Syrup per slice.
