
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ½ cup non-fat milk (125ml)
- 2 slices multigrain bread
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup (10g)
Method
- Beat eggs and milk.
- Place bread in egg mixture and allow to soak up all liquid, turning at half time.
- Lightly fry in non-stick pan using margarine.
- Allow 1 teaspoon of Maple Syrup per slice.
