Ingredients
- 120g of shredded green and/or red cabbage
- ½ small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon artificial sweetener
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Put all ingredients in sauce pan and cook to desired tenderness
- Add salt & pepper to taste.
