- 2 cups cos lettuce
- 1/3 carrot grated
- ½ cup of snow peas sliced
- 1/3 Lebanese cucumber sliced
- 100g lean chicken breast char grilled
- 1 slice wholemeal bread toasted and cut into croutons
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon low fat bottled Caesar salad dressing
- Combine chicken and salad ingredients.
- Top with croutons, parmesan and dressing.
