Ingredients

  • 2 cups cos lettuce
  • 1/3 carrot grated
  • ½ cup of snow peas sliced
  • 1/3 Lebanese cucumber sliced
  • 100g lean chicken breast char grilled
  • 1 slice wholemeal bread toasted and cut into croutons
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon low fat bottled Caesar salad dressing

Method

  1.  Combine chicken and salad ingredients.
  2.  Top with croutons, parmesan and dressing.
