
Broccoli Stir Fry with Ginger

Ingredients
- 130g of broccoli florets
- ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- ½ tablespoon gluten free soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry sherry
- ½ teaspoon artificial sweetener eg. Splenda
- Low calorie vegetable oil spray
Method
- Lightly steam broccoli, or microwave in a covered container in small amount of water for 3 minutes.
- Combine soy sauce, sherry, and sweetener.
- Spray frying pan with vegetable oil spray.
- Stir-fry broccoli for 1-2 minutes, until almost tender.
- Push to the edges of the pan.
- Add ginger and garlic to pan and sauté 30-60 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add sauce in the pan and toss all ingredients together.
