Broccoli Stir Fry with Ginger




Preparation time: 15 min




  • 130g of broccoli florets
  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • ½ tablespoon gluten free soy sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon dry sherry
  • ½ teaspoon artificial sweetener eg. Splenda
  • Low calorie vegetable oil spray


  1. Lightly steam broccoli, or microwave in a covered container in small amount of water for 3 minutes.
  2. Combine soy sauce, sherry, and sweetener.
  3. Spray frying pan with vegetable oil spray.
  4. Stir-fry broccoli for 1-2 minutes, until almost tender.
  5. Push to the edges of the pan.
  6. Add ginger and garlic to pan and sauté 30-60 seconds, until fragrant.
  7. Add sauce in the pan and toss all ingredients together.
