Ingredients
- ⅓ cup gluten free rolled oats
- ¼ cup unsweetened apple juice
- ¼ Granny Smith Apple (coarsely grated)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 35g low fat plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of dried fruit (such as raisins and goji berries)
- 1 tsp shredded coconut
Method
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl
- Stir to combine
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
