Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup gluten free rolled oats
  • ¼ cup unsweetened apple juice
  • ¼ Granny Smith Apple (coarsely grated)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 35g low fat plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of dried fruit (such as raisins and goji berries)
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Stir to combine
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight
