- 100g tinned tomatoes
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 gluten free beef stock cube
- ½ small onion chopped
- ½ stick of celery, chopped
- Fresh Basil & pepper to taste
- Dissolve beef stock cubes in water.
- Add tomatoes, onion and celery into the stock and simmer until vegetables are well cooked.
- Puree in blender until smooth.
