Share your OPTIFAST journey with us. Selected stories will be featured on the OPTIFAST website, social media pages and email updates. Collectively, your stories can inspire others.
Too often, weight loss programs focus very much on the amount of ‘weight’ lost, but we want to shine a spotlight on the journey to get there. We want to celebrate YOU. We want to hear about the ups and downs, the learnings, the REAL stuff. You can inspire others by sharing your story.
Here are some tips and ideas around putting together something for your story:
- Share something you have learnt along your weight loss journey that might be useful to others e.g. tips to stay motivated, how you overcome challenges, positive experiences.
- We encourage you to share photos e.g. recipes, photos of yourself, activities that you love to do while on the OPTIFAST Program.
- You might want to share the amount of weight loss and how long it took you to achieve it.
- We encourage you to share the things you can do now which you may not have been able to do before starting your journey.
