Optifast chocolate shake Highly recommend!

Tastes like chocolate cake mix! It’s the best tasting weight management shake I have ever tried. In under 2 weeks, eating the recommended diet, replacing 3 meals per day, I have lost 6.6kg.

Nice and smooth. Not powdery like some shakes can be. I usually use milk with mine and tried it with water as per directions and it was so nice. No milk needed. Highly recommend the chocolate
