Sabine's Journey
Meet Sabine, the plus size model who made the decision to put her health first. Sabine’s goals were to lose weight in return for gaining health and vitality.
“Hi, I'm Sabine. It's been 5 years since I made the decision to put my health first.”
Sabine started her OPTIFAST VLCD journey with us in 2016, and achieved her weight loss goal of 25kg in 4 months on the program.
Since then she has lost a further 5kg for a total of 30kg weight loss and has maintained her weight loss for over 5 years!
Not only does she look great, most importantly she feels healthier and happier.
