I have followed too many diets to name since I was 15! More recently I realised this is not the ‘nearly 38 year old’ I wanted to be. I want to make a change for me, my health and in turn my family. Because in reality, I very much controlled how we all ate!
I’m 7 weeks into the Intensive Level and I have lost 13.6kg! I have never EVER lasted this long, felt this energetic, lost so much and felt so motivated.
There is loads of self-talk (mindfulness) ALL DAY LONG to keep me positive, fight the urges and remind me of why I’m doing this, but it really has flown by and I am looking forward to shedding the next 26kg! It hasn’t taken much thought really, and that has really helped. I buy it, shake it, sip it and this has really helped lead me to success! A positive health outcome from losing weight is that my blood pressure has improved and I’m sleeping more soundly, not to mention that the person staring back at me in the mirror is now looking much happier!
