On your behalf, we will provide your full name and contact details to the selected healthcare professional to notify them of your request to connect. You can, at any time disable your connection with the healthcare professional by updating your privacy setting.
Once the healthcare professional accepts your request, you will need to go into “Privacy Management” to update your setting so that the healthcare professional is able to view a “snapshot” of your program. You can do this by ticking on the box "Allow access to Program Management". This will assist them in being able to support you in your weight loss journey.
Please note that you can only contact one healthcare professional for support at any one time.
