Chicken Soup

This delicious chicken flavour soup is one of eleven products in the Optifast^® range. It is high in fibre and has a low GI.

Each pack contains 8 x 46g sachets.

To use: Simply add one sachet of Optifast^® to 200mL of boiling water. Stir until the contents of the sachet are fully dissolved. Add more water if you would prefer a larger serve or a more diluted taste. Alternatively, add 200mL of cold water, stir vigorously and microwave on high for one minute or heat gently on the stove, whilst stirring.

You can also add your 2 cups of allowed vegetables to your soup to make a delicious and healthy chicken and vegetable soup. Further Optifast^® Chicken Flavour Soup recipe variations will be sent to you following your registration.
