Strawberry Milkshake

Smooth and delicious, this strawberry flavoured milkshake is high in fibre and is the perfect option for a refreshing and tasty shake. You may notice that it is a larger sachet size than the chocolate and vanilla shakes and that's because fibre has been added, so we can only fit 8 in a box.

Each pack contains 8 x 54g sachets.

To use: Simply add one sachet of Optifast^® to 200mL of cold water. Stir, blend or shake the liquid until the contents of the sachet are fully dissolved. Do not use boiling water. Add more water if you would prefer a larger shake or a more diluted taste. The colder the water, the better the taste! For those on the transition phase of Optifast^® (i.e. two serves of Optifast^® per day), you can enjoy a delicious and satisfying fruit smoothie, by adding one serve of fruit (e.g. 200g berries) and mixing in a blender.
